Accessibility

The front door is accessed by a concrete pathway between two slate shale parking spaces. There is one 140mm step to the front door that takes you into an entrance hallway; a further door takes you into the hallway reception area. The guest’s dining room is off the main hallway.

Please note that we have no ground floor bedrooms, all bedrooms are on the first or second floor. We are happy to help guests with their luggage if necessary.

From the hallway there are thirteen 180mm steps to a small half landing and a further four steps to the first floor landing. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, a further eleven 180mm steps take you to a second half landing and then four more to the second floor landing. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. There is no lift available.

Bedrooms that have an en-suite shower room all have showers that have a small step over of around 10cm into them.  They are not level with the floor.

Bookings and Cancellations

By booking direct with us you will receive the best available rate.  You can book via our website, by email, by WhatsApp on 07878 700339 or by phone on 01492 473312.

Please let us know if there is any change or cancellation of your reservation.  A deposit might be required at the time of booking.  If cancellation is within 7 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged.  

Please note that if a cancellation is made due to bad weather, our cancellation policy will apply.

Payments

We accept payments by credit/debit card, Google/ Apple Pay, American Express or cash.

Check In/Out times

Check in is between 4-9pm.  If you wish to arrive at a different time or leave your luggage before check in hours, this may be possible by prior arrangement.  However, if you haven’t contacted us before hand, please don’t presume that we will be here outside of those times. 

Check out is by 10.00am on the day of departure.  Please make sure that you leave your keys with us before you go.  Luggage storage is possible by prior arrangement. 

Parking/Bike storage

There are three spaces on the drive which are available on a first come, first served basis.  There is also on street parking available which is unrestricted. 

Undercover bike storeage (Maximum 4 bikes) is available on request. Please let us know when you book. 

Damages and Breakages

We reserve the right to make a charge of up to £250 for any damage caused to a room by a guest, including damage caused by a spillage or vomiting.  We do not normally charge for minor mishaps but in order for us to be able to clean up things successfully, please notify us as soon as possible if something happens.
