Bodnant Guest House COVID-19 Statement
First and foremost, we are pleased to be able to welcome you back! We are now accepting bookings from 28 May 2021.
We’ve all spent the last few months getting used to doing things in different ways and, as you would expect, things will be slightly different when you come to stay with us. As always, we will strive to make your stay with us the best it can be and the changes that we have implemented are there to make everybody’s stay as safe as possible. We want you to be able to book with confidence.
Some of the changes and measures we’ve put in place are:
- Increased cleaning and disinfecting. All key touch points will be cleaned regularly throughout the day and rooms will be deep cleaned and sanitised between stays. There will be a reduced housekeeping service during your stay to minimise contact between staff and guests. Where possible we leave rooms empty for 24 hours between stays.
- Hand sanitiser will be available for guests to use at the entrance.
- Breakfast service. In order to maintain social distance with other guests, will only serve breakfast in rooms. We will be offering a reduced menu but we are still providing a full cooked breakfast along with a range of other options for guests to choose from. Breakfast will need to be ordered the night before and will be delivered to your door.
- Check-in. We ask that guests stick to our check in times of 4-9pm. This will enable us to have the time needed to ensure that enhanced cleaning can take place.
- Booking and cancellations. For those who have bookings before 28 May 2021 we can transfer your booking to another date. If we are forced to close due to COVID-19, bookings can be transferred or cancelled at no charge. We will send you detailed pre-arrival information prior to your stay.
- Our preference would be for card or mobile payment but cash will be accepted if necessary. Contactless payment will be offered to guests.
